Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Compliance Operations Associate in London to support regulatory reporting, governance oversight and the development of compliance standards. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office, and involves coordinating committee agendas, action logs and management information.

You will help manage the training framework, ensure timely submissions to the PRA and FCA, and support SMCR activities and governance processes across UK and group requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compliance within financial services/banking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely Compliance reporting for Head Office and local governance committees.
• Support review and implementation of Group and UK Compliance standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage the Compliance training framework with annual planning, content development, delivery, tracking and reporting.
• Collate information and prepare regulatory reports and submissions to the PRA and FCA via RegData and CONNECT.
• Maintain regulatory correspondence, governance records and action trackers with timely completion and escalation.
• Support SMCR requirements, including SMF applications, Statements of Responsibilities, certification oversight and the Management Responsibilities Map.
• Oversee conduct and regulatory activities including restricted lists, Personal Account Dealing, conflicts of interest, horizon scanning and stakeholder collaboration.
