Danos Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a permanent hybrid role in London. You will focus on regulatory adherence, data analysis, and governance in a European asset management environment.

In this position, you will conduct checks, review promotions, and support the development and implementation of robust compliance policies. You will collaborate with multiple teams to guide regulatory interpretation and ensure ongoing adherence to UK standards.

Formación

• Experience within a financial regulated environment, ideally within investment management.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and ability to interpret and apply regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Awareness of the UK regulatory framework including AML regulations; Market Abuse; and Bribery Act.

Our Client, a European HQ'd Alternative Asset Manager, are looking for a talented Compliance Analyst in a full-time role based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, minuting quarterly compliance meetings, and analysing financial and compliance-related data.
• Conduct compliance checks and support compliance monitoring to maintain robust governance
• Reviewing financial promotions and marketing materials, and preparing reports for management.
• Collaborating with various teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and helping to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Experience within a financial regulated environment, ideally within investment management.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and ability to interpret and apply regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Awareness of the UK regulatory framework including AML regulations; Market Abuse; and Bribery Act.

This is a permanent role based in London, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
