Job summary

Danos Group is seeking a Compliance Analyst for a permanent hybrid role in London. You will focus on regulatory adherence, data analysis, and governance in a European asset management environment.

In this position, you will conduct checks, review promotions, and support the development and implementation of robust compliance policies. You will collaborate with multiple teams to guide regulatory interpretation and ensure ongoing adherence to UK standards.

Qualifications

• Experience within a financial regulated environment, ideally within investment management.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and ability to interpret and apply regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Awareness of the UK regulatory framework including AML regulations; Market Abuse; and Bribery Act.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and minuting quarterly compliance meetings.
• Conduct compliance checks and support monitoring to maintain governance.
• Review financial promotions and marketing materials; prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and help implement policies and procedures.
