Job summary

Laundryheap Linen in London is seeking a Commercial Associate to own the full client relationship across the client journey for our short-let division. You will convert inbound sign-ups, onboard new clients, and nurture them as long-term partners, focusing on pricing, growth, and retention.

This is not a traditional sales or customer service role; you will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive strategic growth in an early-stage, startup-like environment.
