Job summary

Referment, a capital-markets technology company, seeks an Implementation Consultant in London to own client implementations from kick-off to production. You will document workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of the front-to-back trading platform.

You will manage client relationships, set expectations, and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce. The role blends hands-on implementation with client-facing relationship management in a buy-side context.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Technical understanding of buy-side front-office workflows with depth in at least two asset classes.
• Hands-on knowledge of order and execution management workflows.
• Broad understanding of financial market products, electronic trading, and related regulation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Comfort with Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the project delivery lifecycle for new client implementations and statements of work.
• Lead kick-offs, document complex workflows and convert them into a statement of work and delivery plan.
• Coordinate internal teams, brokers, dealers and venues to provide access for execution destinations.
• Set up and configure UAT, provide training and ongoing support.
• Manage client relationships and expectations across stakeholder groups and act as a point of escalation for support issues.
• Keep reporting and feedback current in Salesforce and manage project lifecycle/time logging in FinancialForce.
