Job summary

Harrington Starr is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team for a SaaS platform serving capital markets, including sell-side banks and independent research providers.

You will own the delivery of new customer implementations and enhancements for existing clients, collaborating with client stakeholders and engineering to turn requirements into deliverables and ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business Analysis or Implementation Consulting within financial services or tech vendors.
• Excellent communication, analysis, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation.
• Hands-on with technical configuration and client-facing delivery.
