Job summary

TS Imagine Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to own the client delivery lifecycle and statements of work for new client implementations. The role focuses on client relationship management, implementation leadership, and cross-functional coordination across asset classes.

The position is based in London and requires in-person presence (4 days in office). You will work with sales and operations teams to ensure successful implementations, deliver training, and manage client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in buyside front-to-back workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across asset classes and with key stakeholders.
• Lead project Kick-offs and define complex client workflows for SOWs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and timelines.
• Provide user training and on-site or remote support as needed.
• Create and review client workflows and ensure successful handovers to clients.
