Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an Implementation Manager for the Buy-Side AIM platform in London. You will lead client onboarding, configure systems, train users and oversee testing and post‑go-live support across portfolio construction, risk, and trade workflows.

You’ll work with Sales, Account Management and Product Development to scope, plan and execute complex implementations for institutional clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent project scoping and project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of buy-side industry trends and best practices for workflows and technology stacks.
• Deep knowledge of workflows across portfolio management, order management, trading, compliance, and operations for institutional investment managers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients onto Bloomberg Buy-Side Solutions and manage end-to-end implementation.
• Create and own detailed project plans; coordinate across Bloomberg and client teams.
• Support implementation activities with Sales, Account Management and Product Development.
• Define milestones and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain relationships across multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Understand and design the client’s Bloomberg target operating model.
• Partner with Sales to drive project scoping and solution design pre-sale.
• Influence industry best practices for investment management workflows.
• Develop strategies to increase usage during go-live and beyond.
• Acquire deep knowledge of AIM’s offerings across front, middle and back-office.
