Job summary

Invoka Consulting in London is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead a growing team of Solutions Consultants within the Smartsheet practice, guiding delivery of complex SaaS engagements and ensuring excellence across client engagements.

The role combines delivery, pre-sales, and people leadership, with responsibilities spanning mentoring, performance reviews, recruitment support, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in consulting or technology delivery.
• Experience managing and developing Consultants and Analysts.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, implementation processes, and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support Consultants and Associates in day-to-day work.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Track and optimise team utilisation; forecast workload with leadership.
• Lead onboarding and training; drive delivery governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations on delivery and pre-sales.
• Lead cross-functional project teams from design to go-live.
• Support recruitment and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.
