• 8+ years of complex recruitment experience, preferably in investment management or financial services.
• Experience with compensation structures and market dynamics.
• Ability to design effective search strategies and sourcing methods.
• Advises senior hiring managers and leads on talent attraction and process improvements.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to manage multiple searches with stakeholders.
