This role requires deep CG/Retail experience, a track record in large-scale digital transformations, and the ability to win new business while growing existing accounts. Onsite work with clients is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, or commerce (CG/Retail)
• Proven ability to originate and convert commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agentic commerce and digital transformation programmes for CGS and Retail clients.
• Build deep client relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and close new commercial opportunities and manage the deal process.
