Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Digital and Agentic Commerce Consultant to join our London team. You will work at the intersection of commerce strategy, technology, and AI, helping clients design, build and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems.

You will lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality outputs while exploring how agentic AI and LLM tooling can transform client journeys and operations.

Qualifications

• ~4 years of professional experience in a consultancy or industry commerce role.
• Good understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with how ecommerce operations run day-to-day.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and capture needs to shape commercially grounded solutions across ecommerce strategy, operations and technology capabilities.
• Lead interviews, workshops and co-creation sessions with clients of varying seniority—in-person and virtual.
• Apply knowledge of commerce tech to help clients make platform-agnostic decisions.
• Contribute to shaping and delivering commerce transformation programmes with current and target state roadmaps.
• Lead delivery workstreams and produce high-quality client deliverables.
