Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Digital and Agentic Commerce Consultant in London to shape and deliver cutting-edge commerce strategies leveraging Generative AI and agentic platforms. You will guide clients through strategy, operations, and technology choices, and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced engagements.

You will work with leading commerce platforms, apply AI tooling to accelerate outcomes, and contribute to the firm’s point of view on agentic commerce.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in consulting with commerce exposure or in industry commerce roles
• Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce platforms
• Working knowledge of commerce operations and how tech supports day-to-day trading
• Familiarity with one or two major commerce platforms (Shopify or Commercetools)
• Demonstrable interest in agentic commerce and AI through strategic work or POV
• Active day-to-day use of AI tooling (LLMs and agentic platforms)

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and capture needs to shape commercially grounded solutions across ecommerce strategy, operations and technology
• Lead interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions with clients of varying seniorities
• Apply knowledge of commerce tech to guide platform-agnostic decisions
• Contribute to shaping and delivering commerce transformation roadmaps
• Lead delivery workstreams and produce high-quality client-ready deliverables
• Adopt AI tooling to accelerate team delivery and outcomes
• Develop client-ready assets and points of view on agentic commerce
