Job summary

Bite Talent is partnering with a growing Asian grab & go brand in London to recruit a General Manager. You will own the day‑to‑day running of one site while building an understanding of the wider three‑site estate and leading from the floor with genuine autonomy.

This hands‑on role requires strong staff development, operational excellence and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Mandarin or Cantonese fluency is essential to communicate with the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high‑volume grab & go, QSR, fast casual or casual dining.
• Ability to lead from the floor and manage multi‑site operations
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential for team and customer communication

Responsibilities

• Leading the restaurant operation from the floor
• Managing and developing the front‑of‑house team
• Creating and managing weekly rotas
• Ensuring staffing levels match trading requirements
• Working closely with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams
• Maintaining strong operational and food safety standards
• Taking ownership of day‑to‑day operational issues
• Supporting other locations across the group
