We are working with an exciting, founder-led hospitality business with a strong reputation for exceptional food, warm hospitality and creating restaurants with real personality.

With an established presence in the luxury hospitality and dining sector, the business has grown through a clear passion for what it does rather than following a traditional corporate model. It is a business with heart, where relationships matter, people are invested in and the owners remain closely involved. We are now looking for an experienced General Manager to take the lead on one of their London restaurants. This is an opportunity for a GM who wants to be more than an operator. Someone who enjoys developing people, building relationships, improving businesses and working closely with an owner who genuinely cares about the product and the people behind it.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operation, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience for every guest while maintaining strong commercial and operational performance. You will work closely with the owner and senior leadership team, acting as a trusted partner within the business and helping to shape the next stage of its growth. A big part of the role will be developing the people around you. We are looking for someone who naturally mentors others, spots potential and enjoys helping managers and team members progress in their careers.
