COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a General Manager for a brand-new premium restaurant opening in London. The role requires taking full accountability for the operation, guest experience, and standards from Day 1, working closely with the operations team and owners.

We want a hands-on leader who will build the team, embed culture, and drive growth as the restaurant opens and settles into its premium service level.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a premium restaurant environment.
• Experience with leading new openings or launches.
• Strong commercial focus with accountability for P&L.
• Hands-on leadership on the floor and guest-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant's performance, guest journey, and standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and owners to prepare for launch.
• Build the team and embedding the culture ahead of opening.
• Lead a hands-on opening phase with on-floor involvement.
