Qualifications

• Proven management experience in quick-service or food & beverage operations.
• Strong track record leading teams and improving operations.
• Confident managing a restaurant P&L and controlling costs.
• Good understanding of the UK restaurant market and customer expectations.
• Strong recruitment, training and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient service, quality and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Grow sales through local marketing and community engagement, especially with university stakeholders.
• Recruit, train and develop a motivated, customer-focused team; manage rotas and performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, stock and purchasing costs; source better products while maintaining brand standards.
• Take full ownership of the restaurant’s profit and loss; monitor costs and margins; turn data into action plans.
