Job summary

Corpay, Alpha Group division, is hiring an Associate Client Services Officer for a permanent role based in London. You will support cross-jurisdiction client accounts, oversee payments and deal-based transactions, and build strong client relationships with internal stake holders.

You will report to the Client Service Manager and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely payments, adherence to SLAs, and a smooth end-to-end client journey across London and Malta.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings, sharing observations and insights related to servicing
• Engage in all aspects of the client journey from end-to-end deal and transaction execution to ongoing account management
• Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to
• Ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner and SLAs are met
• Manage client accounts across a range of KYC lifecycle
• Liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders to resolve queries
• Maintain key relationships with Front Office pre- and post-sale
• Identify system and process improvements and raise for consideration
• Participate in projects and ensure business requirements are understood
• Assist Senior Officers with day-to-day activities of the Client Services Team
• Provide high-touch Client Service to the Private Markets client book
