Job summary

n8n is expanding its London SDR team and seeks an energetic Sales Development Representative to break into large Nordics/Benelux accounts. You will partner with Enterprise AEs to map stakeholders, craft targeted outreach and build a qualified enterprise pipeline backed by AI and automation storytelling.

You’ll develop from SDR to AE through structured coaching, live deal exposure and MEDDPICC-inspired discovery, while collaborating with technical buyers and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or tech.
• Strong pipeline development and qualification skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise pipeline by targeting strategic accounts and creating opportunities.
• Develop account strategies with Enterprise AEs and identify priorities and engagement plans.
• Research prospects to understand business and technical priorities across IT and engineering teams.
• Create personalised outreach tied to account priorities rather than generic sequences.
• Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Lead early-stage discovery to uncover needs and fit with n8n.
