OpenAI in London is seeking a Strategy and Operations lead to develop country strategies, identify market opportunities and align cross-functional teams around priorities. The role is individual-contributor, focused on Consumer with potential adjacent B2B impact, and requires hands-on execution and influence without formal authority.

The role is based in London with a hybrid model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance for new employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, strategy, business operations or analytics with outcomes responsibility.
• Experience building country/ regional strategies and translating them into action.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build country strategies and translate company strategy into local action.
• Drive growth, engagement, retention, conversion and monetization using data and experiments.
• Lead market expansion, localization and scalable launch frameworks.
• Move initiatives from diagnosis to delivery with measurement and iteration.
• Align Product, Growth, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance around shared outcomes.
• Represent regional insight to shape global roadmaps and decisions.
• Define success metrics and determine when local approaches should scale.
