Job summary

OpenAI based in London seeks an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead for Europe. You will own strategy and hands-on delivery across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, building creator networks and programmes across the UK, France, and Germany.

You will shape the operating model, partner with agencies, boost paid amplification, and collaborate with Product/Developer Marketing to drive measurable growth. This role emphasizes speed, quality, and accountability within a fixed-term framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, B2B content, developer marketing, or an adjacent discipline.
• Fluent English; French and/or German is a strong advantage.
• Experience building influencer programmes for developer or highly technical audiences.
• Ability to build influencer programmes from zero to one, establishing strategy, operating model, and measurement framework.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences.
• Build a credible bench of developer creators and design programmes to help developers learn, evaluate, and build.
• Develop differentiated creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany respecting local language and culture.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard creators and manage outreach, briefing, contracting, and content development.
• Design curated creator programmes and experiences to deepen relationships over time.
• Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launches, events, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with agencies to raise delivery quality and pace; manage capabilities gaps and onboarding.
