Job summary

OpenAI in London is seeking a Manager of Applied AI Architects to lead a team responsible for technical strategy, customer journeys, and production value across major customers in Europe.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Research and security to define operating models, allocate resources, and drive durable customer value while guiding architecture across OpenAI's offerings.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) and relocation assistance for new hires.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical customer engagements.
• Experience managing senior architects.
• Proven ability to define technical strategy across enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Europe.
• Lead and coach a senior technical team.
• Partner with Sales and Account Directors to prioritize accounts.
• Own technical account plans and adoption roadmaps.
• Translate field patterns into product feedback.
