OpenAI is recruiting an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead for the EMEA region, focusing on knowledge workers, business decision-makers and developers. You will own strategy and hands-on delivery across the UK, France, and Germany, building local creator networks and scaling programmes that balance ongoing relationships with high-impact moments.

8+ years in influencer marketing or related field.
Proven ability to build and manage creator programs across multiple markets.
Experience partnering with agencies, brands, and product marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy for KW, BDM, and developer audiences.
Build and manage a network of European developers and technical creators.
Develop localized creator plans for the UK, France, and Germany with regional adjustment.
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators, manage outreach, negotiations, and contracts.
Design curated creator programmes and experiences to deepen long-term partnerships.
Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launches and events.
Collaborate with media and growth teams to optimize paid and organic content.
Operationalize end-to-end influencer processes including budgets, calendars, and approvals.
Set and report a balanced scorecard connecting creator activity to business outcomes.
