Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an FTC B2B Influencer Marketing Lead for EMEA, based in London with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office). You will own strategy and hands-on delivery across KW, BDM, and developer audiences, starting with the UK, France, and Germany, and scale the influencer ecosystem across Europe.

• Experience with developer or tech audiences.
• Experience across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA B2B influencer marketing strategy across KW, BDM, and developer audiences.
• Build a bench of developer creators and design programmes for learning, evaluation, and building.
• Develop differentiated creator plans for UK, France, and Germany with local language and culture considerations.
• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with creators, including outreach, negotiation, contracts, and content development.
• Design creator programmes and experiences that deepen relationships and convert creators into long-term partners.
• Build an always-on creator portfolio alongside launch and event activations with a mix of content formats.
• Coordinate with agencies to improve delivery quality and scale, including onboarding new partners.
