Job summary

Eptura, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to own post-sale relationships for a focused portfolio of complex B2B customers. You will drive adoption, build multi-team relationships, manage risk, support retention and identify growth opportunities.

You will coordinate across Sales, Renewals, Support, Professional Services and Product, and lead executive reviews in German. You will work to ensure value realization, maintain customer health, and partner with Account Executives on

Qualifications

Experience owning complex B2B customer relationships in SaaS or enterprise tech.
Strong ability to drive adoption, retention and growth.
Fluency in German and English for executive reviews.
Structured, data-led approach with operational discipline.
Proficiency with CS tooling and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Own a focused portfolio of B2B customers and manage post-sale relationships.
Lead customer meetings and executive business reviews in German.
Coordinate across Sales, Renewals, Support, Professional Services and Product.
Monitor customer health, risks and renewal opportunities; drive value realization.
