Job summary

Based in London, S&P Global Ratings' Structured Finance CMBS team leads analytical coverage of a defined CMBS portfolio and mentors junior analysts. You will drive responsible adoption of AI-enabled workflows to deliver faster, more rigorous insights and contribute to market narratives on CMBS and commercial real estate trends.

The role requires strong credit and financial analysis in structured finance, with the ability to translate data into clear, decision-useful outputs, plus a track record

Qualifications

Specialized experience in commercial real estate finance and/or CMBS, including leading new transaction analysis and ongoing portfolio surveillance.
Strong credit and financial analysis skills in structured finance, with the ability to translate complex CMBS data into clear, decision-useful narratives.
Proven ability to coach and advise junior colleagues on credit fundamentals, operational processes, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
