This role emphasizes collaboration, client storytelling, data integrity, and travel, with office presence two days per week. A Bachelor's degree is required; CFA or master's is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Expertise in insurance industry and analysis of insurers, markets, and regulations (UK, Middle East, Central Asia).
• Ability to understand accounting concepts and analyze insurance financial statements.
• Strong credit, financial, and risk analysis skills with forward-looking insights.
• Experience embedding AI or automation in analytical workflows to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for insurance credits with synthesis of portfolio signals.
• Translate data into clear client narratives and advise on analytical issues.
• Ensure compliance with methodology, governance, and data confidentiality.
• Develop and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
