Job summary

Comcast seeks an experienced Client Solutions Engineer in London to translate complex technology into actionable client deployments. You will design and share best practices, onboard clients, and support global client services initiatives.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree and experience with video technologies and/or online advertising a plus.
Willing and able to be extremely hands-on, in both technical and non-technical aspects when dealing with clients and teammates.
Strong communication skills – able to explain how technology solves business problems to developers and executives.
Working knowledge of database structures and SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop and document business and technical solutions for client project execution.
Execute standard feature enablement and client onboardings.
Assist in complex implementations and clarify resolution paths for new or unclear use cases with Senior/Lead SEs.
Provide timely, technical support and problem resolution for escalated field service questions.
Act as primary liaison between client, account team, engineering and product management.
