Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and professional experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and technical solutions for client project execution.
• Execute standard feature enablement and client onboardings.
• Assist in complex implementations and clarify resolution paths with senior staff.
• Provide timely technical support for escalated field service questions.
• Act as primary liaison between client, account team, engineering and product management.
• Provide technical input to marketing on stories and product features.
• Deliver pre-sales technical insights for highly strategic opportunities.
• Train internal teams and, occasionally, clients.
