Job summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Engineer in London to translate complex technology into practical client outcomes. You will act as a key technical expert across global client services, driving best practices and ensuring successful implementations.

You will develop solutions, document processes, and provide training while collaborating with marketing, product, and revenue teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with clients and teammates, capable of explaining technical concepts.
• Strong communication across audiences from developers to executives.
• Knowledge of web/mobile technologies and SQL is preferred.
• Experience in programmatic ad serving (DSP/SSP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document technical solutions for client project execution.
• Lead client onboardings and feature enablement activities.
• Support complex implementations and guide resolution paths with senior staff.
• Provide timely technical support for escalated questions from the support team.
• Act as liaison between client, account team, engineering and product management.
