The Zetter Group is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour and lounge areas. You will ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service, making every guest interaction reflect The Zetter’s charm and character.

You will work under the Food & Beverage Manager, combining hands-on leadership with operational oversight to guide teams in delivering outstanding food, drink, and guest experiences while supporting commercial success

The Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll help coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour, and lounge areas. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service — making sure every guest interaction, from breakfast to a late-night nightcap, reflects The Zetter’s charm and character.

You’ll combine guidance from the Food & Beverage Manager with your hands‑on leadership and operational oversight to guide teams to deliver outstanding food, drink, and guest experiences while supporting commercial success.
