Job summary

The Zetter Group in London is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour and lounge areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service—from breakfast to late-night nightcap.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead hands-on teams, uphold The Zetter’s warm, attentive hospitality, and drive guest experiences that align with the brand while supporting commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage management is required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage service standards.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.

The Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll help coordinate the F&B operation across our parlour, and lounge areas. You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and service — making sure every guest interaction, from breakfast to a late-night nightcap, reflects The Zetter’s charm and character.

You’ll combine guidance from the Food & Beverage Manager with your hands‑on leadership and operational oversight to guide teams to deliver outstanding food, drink, and guest experiences while supporting commercial success.
