Job summary

The Zetter Group in London is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead on-site events and guest experiences across our boutique hotels and parlours. You will manage daily operations and steer event delivery with a calm, hands-on leadership style.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear decision-making, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will work closely with multi-department teams to maintain The Zetter’s high standards and warm, attentive service.

The Role

The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional events at The Zetter, from private dinners and corporate meetings as well as food and beverage within the hotel. You will oversee the on-the-day execution of the day to day as well as events, ensuring every detail is delivered smoothly, professionally, and in line with our standards here at The Zetter.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong organisation, calm decision-making, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will lead event teams on shift, coordinate logistics across departments, and act as the main point of contact during events, ensuring guests and clients feel confident, cared for, and impressed.
