Job summary

Locala is seeking a Sales Director UK to lead business development and sales in the UK, with a focus on Publicis. Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales in London, you will join a growing team and drive growth across agencies and brands.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and exceed quarterly targets. The role involves hybrid work with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture at Locala.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising across ad agencies and ad tech (DSP, ad exchange, publisher, or ad server).
• Experience in mobile and location-based advertising is a strong plus.
• Excellent business acumen with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a UK client portfolio, focusing on Publicis.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and renewal.
• Collaborate with account management to upsell clients.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline and provide weekly updates.
