Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking a reliable Stores & Logistics Operator to support warehouse and production operations in a busy manufacturing environment. You will manage raw materials, maintain stock accuracy and ensure production teams receive timely materials to meet customer demands.

Key duties include goods receipt, inventory control, dispatch, forklift operations, and adherence to health and safety standards. A proactive, team-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics environments.
• Experience using stock management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklift trucks safely.
• Receive, unload, and store deliveries; stock control and inventory management.
• Supply production with materials per schedule and minimise downtime.
• Record movements in stock control systems and maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing and other departments on deliveries and stock.
