Job summary

NSSLGlobal Group is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Operative in Redhill, Surrey. You will support the Production/Warehouse Manager, handle admin and warehouse tasks, and supervise staff in the Manager's absence.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing, ability to communicate across teams, and forklift certification. You will manage goods in/out, packing, and ensure accurate stock records while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good level of secondary education and numerate/literate.
• Able to communicate at all levels within the company.
• Provide 5-year work history check and obtain Security Clearance.
• Computer literate with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Physically capable of moving heavy loads; forklift trained.
• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience; forklift certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Production/Warehouse Manager for admin duties and warehouse operations.
• Act as first contact for escalations within the Warehouse.
• Maintain control of materials in store locations and supervise staff in absence.
• Pack goods for dispatch and ensure items arrive in optimum condition.
• Handle goods documentation, stock records and warranty databases.
• Drive health and safety processes and operate forklift and MEWP when required.
• Assist in covering post duties and provide facilities support as needed.
