Job summary

NC Engineering is seeking a Transport Co-ordinator to ensure timely delivery of finished products and to liaise with the Sales Team on current stock and order progress. This full-time, on-site role is based at Hamiltonsbawn, NI, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Thu 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm) and an August 2026 start date.

The candidate will organise transport, servicing of company vehicles, negotiate with transport companies, and manage deliveries end-to-end with strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Summary

We are currently seeking a Transport Co‑ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of finished products and liaising with the Sales Team regarding current stock and progress of orders.

Main responsibilities

• Organise transport of finished goods
• Organise servicing and maintenance of company vehicles
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with transport companies
• Book and arrange deliveries
• Monitor build status of existing orders and keep Sales Team and customers updated on estimated delivery times
• Completing all paperwork for deliveries and invoices

Hours

• Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm
• Friday 8am – 2pm
• 40 Hours

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• High level of attention to details
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of transportation of agricultural or construction machinery
