Job summary

Grn-Search-Group in Moira, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage daily schedules and routing for drivers and trailers, ensuring efficient operations. You will handle additional customer orders, uphold legal and company policies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend work is not required. The role runs Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm, with an emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Transport Coordinator (BBBH1073) Moira, Northern Ireland

Salary: GBP33000 - GBP37000 per annum

Do you have previous Scheduling or Planning experience? Perhaps you’re currently in a Transport/Logistics Coordinator role and are looking to further your skillset in the industry?

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be working within a close-knit team and will have the opportunity to be part of a highly efficient transport operation that focuseson exceeding their customer'sexpectations and giving the highest levels of customer service.

The Role:

• Oversee daily work schedule and routing for drivers & trailers
• Accommodate additional customer orders efficiently daily
• Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with legal, environmental and company policies
• Deal with any issues that arise, and problem solve effectively
• Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
• 11am – 8pm

You will need:

• Previous Transport/Logistics/Planning experience
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
• Willingness to progress your career
• Excellent communicator and can work in a fast-paced environment
