Responsibilities

• Oversee movements from quotation through to delivery, ensuring viability and efficiency.

• Manage customer enquiries and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Produce accurate and commercially competitive quotations.
• Source and negotiate with transport providers across the UK and Europe.
• Manage consignments from quotation through to successful delivery.
• Monitor live movements and resolve operational issues before they impact customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners.
• Influence internal teams and external providers to achieve the best outcome.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology and automation.
• Support the continued development of innovative logistics solutions.
