Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider, seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for the Corby site. You will manage client queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolutions. The role demands organisation, problem-solving, and strong communication across operations.

• Experience in a customer service, client services, logistics, transport, supply chain or service delivery environment.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple queries and priorities.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and building positive working relationships.
• Naturally investigative; seeks to understand why something happened.
• Solutions-focused and able to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
• Comfortable with tickets, emails, databases and operational systems.
• Remain calm and professional in urgent or challenging situations.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across operation areas.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day logistics and service queries.
• Manage and respond to client queries received through tickets, emails and other communication channels.
• Investigate shipment and delivery queries, including missing, delayed or incomplete deliveries.
• Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams and transport partners to establish what happened.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, inventory and operational teams to resolve client issues.
• Ensure tickets and queries are recorded, updated and progressed to resolution.
• Provide clients with clear, professional and timely updates.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight trends or potential service improvements.
• Escalate more complex issues appropriately and ensure required attention.
• Work to agreed service levels and prioritise workload by urgency.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date.
• Support the wider Service Delivery team in maintaining client relationships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process improvements.
