Job summary

IMI plc, Poole site, is seeking a Team Leader for the Store and Packing areas within the Supply Chain function. The role focuses on expediting, coordination, stock accuracy and driving world-class on-time delivery to customers.

You will lead a logistics team, coordinate parts and services, and implement lean improvements across stores and packing operations. The role requires strong people management skills, experience in ERP/MRP environments, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics or manufacturing teams.
• Strong Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Solid English communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics team to meet performance, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and resource deployment.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction for new team members.
• Monitor attendance, performance and wellbeing; address issues per policy.
• Collaborate with production/planning to ensure smooth material flow.
