Job summary

Kühne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG in the UK is seeking an IS Systems Support Advisor to deliver high-quality support across Blue Yonder Dispatcher, Oracle Transport Management and WCS Automation on AWS. You will support multiple sites and collaborate with internal teams to keep systems running and BAU changes embedded.

The role requires problem-solving, adaptability and diligence; participation in an out-of-hours rota is expected to ensure continuity of service and performance across the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL or logistics setting.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management systems (Blue Yonder Dispatcher).
• Strong SQL (Oracle) and reporting skills; familiarity with Linux.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide application support for WMS, TMS, and automation platforms hosted on AWS.
• Raise and manage tickets across multiple support desks; investigate and resolve 1st/2nd line requests.
• Support incident management, roll out BAU changes, and collaborate with IT and business teams.
