Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel in the United Kingdom is seeking a KN IS Systems Support Advisor to deliver high-quality support for Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, Oracle TMS, and WCS Automation, all hosted on AWS. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team and build effective relationships with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to keep systems running smoothly.

This role requires 1st/2nd line support, incident management, and BAU changes, plus participation in an out-of-hours rota.

Qualifications

• Experience within a 3PL or logistics setting.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management systems (Blue Yonder Dispatcher).
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and reporting and Linux fundamentals.
• Experience with Transport Management (OTM) and WCS/Automation systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide application support for WMS, OTM, and WCS across multiple sites and environments.
• Raise/manage tickets with multiple support desks (Topdesk & JIRA).
• Perform 1st/2nd line support, incident management, and vendor coordination.
• Support rollout of changes and BAU tasks, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
