Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an operational Logistics Supervisor to lead daily transport operations across Rugby and Corby. You will direct shift launches, supervise a driver team, and optimize routes, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable service.

The role requires experience in transport operations, a CPC qualification, and solid knowledge of UK transport regulations. A focus on team leadership and performance will support our expanding logistics network.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in transport operations or logistics management.
• Transport Manager CPC qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of UK transport legislation, HGV licensing, and driver hours.
• Proven people management skills supervising site operations and drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily transport shift launches and evening debriefs across Monday to Friday operations.
• Lead and schedule a team of 9 to 12 direct reports across Rugby and Corby, managing allocations and team performance.
• Maintain total transport legal compliance, safety protocols, and driver hours in line with DOT and HGV regulations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and servicing schedules, coordinating emergency repairs with internal teams and external vendors.
• Analyze operational performance weekly, tracking fuel consumption, vehicle uptime, and cost efficiencies.
