Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management with a track record of leading drivers and office staff.
• Strong leadership, strategy, planning and negotiation capabilities.
• Health & Safety knowledge and experience, with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, fleet, drivers and admin staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Lead the operations team, manage workloads and route planning.
• Conduct full accident investigations and ensure QHSE compliance across sites.
• Maintain high service standards and build strong client relationships.
