Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced professional to drive system solutions and supply chain software delivery. You will conduct market research, standardize and productize key systems, shorten onboarding cycles, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to better align with business needs.

Across UAT, testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement, you will lead complex projects and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes for mid-tier customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate across product, engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and deliver results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• System Development & Advancement: Conduct market research to standardize, configure, and productize supply chain systems.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Develop system solutions for mid-tier customers and coordinate resources to deliver implementations.
• Testing Coordination & Reporting: Oversee UAT test cases, organize cross-functional testing, and produce test reports to ensure quality.
• Project Management & Risk Control: Own complex projects from planning to delivery and manage potential risks.
• Documentation & Training Support: Create user guides and training materials and provide ongoing support to drive adoption.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement processes to enhance system service quality and project efficiency.
