Job summary

JD.com is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to drive cost optimization and efficiency across delivery operations. You will standardize in-station processes, define system requirements with tech teams, and create reports to measure performance and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and experience with BPMN tools and advanced Excel. Based in Germany with a focus on continuous improvement and training frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics and delivery/distribution.
• Experience in process optimization and SOP creation.
• Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis.
• Optimize and standardize in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading.
• Create SOPs, workflows and work instructions.
• Define system requirements and collaborate with tech teams for functionalities and design.
• Create reports measuring performance and quality.
• Create training material and conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
• Lead root cause analysis to resolve performance gaps in In Station KPIs.
• Collaborate with station teams to capture challenges and promote changes.
• Drive continuous improvement by training frontline leaders on lean principles.
