BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting a Pre-Sales & Implementation Consultant to drive customer solutions for a logistics SaaS platform, supporting discovery, proposals, and product onboarding.

You will work with sales, implement teams and customers to tailor solutions for complex logistics operations. The role spans discovery, demonstrations, implementation and ongoing product management across EMEA and the US, with a hybrid pattern in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales or implementation role in logistics technology.
• Experience working with SaaS or technology solutions in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong ability to understand, process and communicate data.
• Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to build rapport with customers.

Responsabilités

• Join discovery calls with customers to understand requirements and shape the solution.
• Collaborate with sales to tailor proposals and solutions for opportunities.
• Present the platform to customers predominantly via virtual meetings.
• Support implementation, onboarding, testing and ongoing product management.
• Engage with transport, logistics, operations and finance leaders and third-party providers.
• Manage customer projects through implementation, ensuring configurations meet operational needs.
• Navigate a typical 4–6 month sales cycle with contracts typically 3–5 years.
