Job summary

Morrisons seeks a Site Manager to lead a large-scale logistics operation in Tees Valley. You will engage and develop the site leadership team to deliver service, availability and high standards for customers. You will drive productivity, cost control and performance targets across the site.

A strong track record in logistics leadership, with the ability to build relationships up to Executive Board level, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience at Site Manager/Director level in a Logistics/Distribution business.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices for world-class operations.
• Strong leadership to create a people-driven culture with a personable approach.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive performance improvements and generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders up to Executive Board level.
