Job summary

Bunzl McLaughlin in Armagh is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Planning team on a Fixed Term Contract until July 2027. You will plan and coordinate deliveries and collections, schedule routes for efficiency, and maintain clear communication with drivers, customers and suppliers to ensure on‑time, accurate transport of goods.

The role requires a proactive, organised approach and strong computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics, planning, or a similar operational environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Planned and coordinated own fleet and third‑party logistics shipments.
• Imported shipment information into 3PL portals accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and send delivery documentation to 3PL providers.
• Print and organise delivery documentation for own fleet.
• Handle general customer and operational queries in a timely manner.
• Tracked and monitored deliveries to ensure on‑time performance.
• Maintained accurate filing systems and scanned documentation for record‑keeping.
• Logged shipment uplifts and updated relevant tracking systems.
